We were so excited to spend Hannah's birthday this year with Matt's side of the family. We arrived in St. Louis on Friday and stayed until Monday! We had a really awesome time and were so glad to celebrate Hannah's birthday with family. On Saturday afternoon, we went over to Uncle Jon and Aunt Andrea's neighborhood pool. Hannah absolutely loved it!!! We then went to their house for delicious pulled pork that Jon had been roasting all day. Hannah did not nap most of the day, and stayed up way past her bedtime, but overall did very well! Sunday was her actual birthday and Father's Day. We got up and gave Daddy his presents, and then Hannah took a 3.5 hour nap!! She was definitely making up for her late late night the day before. Everyone came over around 3 and we grilled burgers and ate wonderful food. We then opened presents and Hannah just loved everything! She got a new doll from Grandma and a bunch of books and clothes and pajamas. She got a few new toys as well. When she opened her doll, the first thing she wanted to do was give it kiss! Very sweet. We then sang happy birthday and Hannah got to dig into her birthday cake. She was a little overwhelmed by the crowd of people singing to her, but once we let her dig in, she thoroughly enjoyed herself!!!
